Russell, G., (Jan. 12, 2002) Communication Skills: Some Problems in Nursing Education and Practice JCN: Journal of Clinical Nursing. Vol. 11(1): 12-21.This article is a section of literature review that was carried out as the component of the study that was geared towards examination of communication skills in training. The training was conducted in England in 2000 with the main focus being on Pre-registration nursing education. The article reveals how some systematic literature search was involved in the study, in which 200 articles were found to be relevant to that study. The article reveals that problems that were realized included definitional problems, which had terms such as interpersonal skills and definitional skills being used interchangeably. The article suggests that one of the ways to solve the problems is what is referred to as communication strategies. This is because communication strategies have the ability to overcome the problems since it presents some logical organization of varied communication skills within certain theoretical framework. The article further discusses problems that are realized in communication skills, and identifies social barriers as some of the ways that affect communication skills. In conclusion, the article notes that there are still some problems that exist and there is a need to create further emphasis to enhance staff, patient’s satisfaction. 2. Haber Judith. (2010). Further, comparison has been made between research hypotheses and statistical hypothesis. The article has also identified the criteria used in critiquing a hypothesis as well as a research question and how this criterion may be used in evaluating research question and research hypothesis in a report. 3.
