The satisfaction of employees leads towards the better functionality of organization.3. Thirdly, according to human relation perspective, in order to achieve the better results, the organization has to build a certain environment where employees are encouraged to fulfill their needs. The organization must allow its employees to interact with each other in order to build a social relationship with each other.4. Fourthly, the organization must not treat its employees as machines because machines have no emotions. I am able to evaluate an organization and its functionalities on a wider level.
