On the other hand, the judiciary has the responsibility of ensuring that the laws created by the executive are adhered to. It is also under the jurisdiction of the court to handle any amendments to the created policies. With the significant power the courts have, the fully implementation of these laws are greatly under the influence of the performance on the judiciary system on this particular case (LaTour, 2006). All organizations are required by the law to adhere to the provisions of the law. However, if the organization is discontent with the specifications of this policy then it may use the judiciary to change the contentious clauses.
